Child Safety Standards & CSAE Compliance Policy

1. Introduction & Zero-Tolerance Policy

The ASCON Alumni platform ("We", "Our", "The App") is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and secure networking environment. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Any content, behavior, or interaction that promotes, depicts, encourages, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. This complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and broader international laws.

2. Age Restrictions

The ASCON Alumni application is strictly intended for adult users (graduates and professionals aged 18 and older). We do not market to, nor do we knowingly collect data from, individuals under the age of 18.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users of the ASCON Alumni platform are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, linking to, or transmitting via chat or voice calls:

• Any visual depictions of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Content that sexualizes minors.
• Grooming behaviors or solicitation of minors.
• Links to external sites that host or promote CSAE material.

4. Detection, Moderation, and Reporting

We empower our community to maintain these standards:

• In-App Reporting: Users can flag and report inappropriate messages, profile pictures, or behavior directly within the application.
• Active Review: All reports concerning child safety are given the highest priority and are escalated for immediate administrative review.

5. Enforcement and Law Enforcement Cooperation

Any user found violating this CSAE policy will face immediate and severe consequences:

• Immediate and permanent termination of their ASCON Alumni account without notice.
• Preservation of associated account data and digital evidence.
• Immediate reporting of the user and the offending material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local or international law enforcement authorities.
